The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for services are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work agreed with each client.

3. Client responsibilities

By engaging AllBound Leads, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business, target market, and ideal customer profile
• Use our outreach tools and services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for spam, deceptive practices, or illegal activities
• Promptly review and approve content, messaging, and lists we prepare on your behalf

4. Intellectual property

All content on the AllBound Leads website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of AllBound Leads and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Campaign materials, prospect lists, and deliverables created specifically for your account are provided to you under the terms of your service agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

AllBound Leads provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a minimum number of leads, meetings booked, or revenue generated. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in which any claim arises.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes client business data, prospect lists, and campaign strategies. Our full confidentiality obligations are set out in individual client agreements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable service agreement. On termination, we will provide you with all data and materials related to your campaigns.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
